Loch Doon

We had a drive out to Loch Doon today. Only 17 miles from our house. Ayrshire is not a bad place to live.

It's not often, but Jean took her camera -  so this a mixture of us both. The betters ones are hers!!!

Glasgow 10K With Helen

A misty rain came down for most of the run. Only for a short while did it rain heavy. The half marathon runners later in the day were not so lucky.

Helen ran particularly well. We were a fraction over our originally planned finish time even though Helen had limited training due to shin splints!! What a woman,

I did my first run for the MS Society. Great to hear that on the day runners raised over £17500 for the organisation.
