Finlay's 2nd Birthday

Jean and I are in Darlington for Finlay's birthday. Kathie, Erin and Rhys came down with us for the weekend. They will return on Monday ready for the start of the Scottish school term.

Visit to Loch Lomond - Helen+Andrew's Caravan

Had a great day at Loch Lomond visiting Helen, Andrew and the boys at their caravan on the east bank,  Milarrochy Bay.

Dull start to the day but brightened up. Everyone (apart from Jean and me) had a shot in the Polson kayaks.

Helen had a small paddle later. Looking gorgeous in her new wetsuit.

Rhys and Andrew had an extended trip a good way along the loch. Rhys came back tired but happy. Erin also enjoyed the experience.

Gateshead 10K with Kathie and Helen

For the second year we completed the Gateshead 10K on Sunday. Slightly slower than last year but did not diminish the pleasure of running with my daughters.
