Centre Parcs July 2016

We had a long weekend at Whinfell. Although the weather was not the best it was a very enjoyable few days. Helen, Ethan and Finlay visited on Saturday which made it a special day.

Rhys and I plucked up the courage to do the easier Tree Trekking  course. It felt higher than the photo indicates

Next visit Erin, Rhys and I will attempt the "real" adventure route and the big zip wire.

Tradition has is that on leaving primary school everyone signs your nice white shirt and more besides!

Anne and Geoff: 45th Anniversary & Ann's 65th Birthday

We had a wonderful weekend with Ann, Geoff and their family to celebrate a double occasion. They were married 45 years ago and Ann is 65 on the same day. Oh yes and it was Father's Day.

Rhys at the Valsper Club End Of Season Awards.

Rhys joined the Valspar Football Club last year so this was our first end of season awards night.

I did not realise how big the club is. All ages from 6 to 16.  This year was the 40th anniversary of the founding of the club. Craig Brown was the quest speaker.

This is new of me so here is video with Rhys getting his medallion. He is the one in the black shorts.
