Father's Day

Katherine and Helen with Ethan and Finlay made a visit this afternoon for Father's Day. Jean cooked a variety of scones and a chocolate cake. Yum.......

Walking Group: Prestwick Loop

Very warm day for a 7 miler from Prestwick beach out to the bypass by Whitletts. Covering St Cuthbert Golf Course. Skirting round the old airport to St Quivox and round via the back of Heathfield trading estate. All pretty new to me.

5 funny looking people, one with a camera were enough for the airport security to  take a run by and check us out!!

Boys Sleep Over

Helen and Andrew were attending a friends wedding last night so we had Pooh for  a sleep over.

He's the perfect guest. Sleeps late, Doesn't eat much and never has a tantrum.

Oh and of course he was accompanied by the boys.

Linda's Visit

Linda has been looking after the boys while Helen and Andrew are on honeymoon. We will take over shortly.

The 5 of use had dinner and a game of Scrabble followed the meal. Finlay instigated the game but soon left to play with Lego.

Ethan lagged behind most of the game but (with help) played two storming rounds to leap frog into the lead.

What an exceptional Bank Holiday. I haven't got the words to express the feelings and emotions I experienced. One of the proudest days of my life.
